Scope
This policy applies to paid offerings such as live workflow reviews, workshops, and downloadable planners. Free editorial pages are outside this policy. If you purchased through a third-party marketplace, that platform’s refund rules may apply first; we will cooperate as required.
Cooling-off for distance contracts
Where consumer law grants a statutory cooling-off period for services bought online, you may cancel within fourteen days of purchase without giving a reason, provided we have not fully performed the service with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right to cancel once the service is complete. Custom digital goods prepared specifically for you may be treated differently under local law; we will explain any exception before payment.
Request cancellations in writing through the contact form or email so we can timestamp your message and reply with confirmation.
Rescheduling and no-shows
You may reschedule a booked session once without a fee if you provide at least forty-eight hours’ notice measured in New Zealand time. Shorter notice may result in forfeiture of the slot because we reserve calendar time and preparation. If we must cancel due to unforeseen events, we offer a new date or a full refund at your choice.
Digital downloads
When you purchase a downloadable file, delivery occurs when we send a link or activate a download button. If the file is corrupted or materially incomplete, notify us within seven days for a replacement or refund at our discretion. Change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable once you have successfully downloaded and accessed the content, mirroring common digital goods practice, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Payments and chargebacks
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days after we confirm eligibility. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can correct invoices or duplicate charges. Chargebacks may delay account support until the payment network resolves the dispute.

EU and Netherlands consumers
If you qualify as a consumer in the European Union or the Netherlands, mandatory provisions of your member state may provide additional rights regarding withdrawal, warranties, or unfair terms. Where those provisions conflict with shorter timelines stated here, the stricter consumer protection prevails for you.
Promotional credits and gifts
Occasionally we may issue courtesy credits or gift sessions. Unless a separate document states otherwise, promotional credits expire on the date communicated in the offer and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How to request a return or refund
Email ask@ghexoranshep.world with your name, purchase reference, and a short description of the issue. We may ask for proof of payment. Personal data submitted as part of a refund request is processed under our privacy policy retention schedules.
